Privacy Policy
The short version
Azimuth Wayfinder, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs a marketing site at azimuth-wayfinder.com and corresponds with prospects by email. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries. We do not sell, share, or rent any information about you, ever. This page explains what we do collect and why.
What we collect
This site is served as static content from Cloudflare's edge network. We do not run our own databases, registration systems, or login mechanisms. Information processing falls into three buckets:
- Standard server logs — Cloudflare automatically records request metadata (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent string, country) for every visit. This is used to deliver pages, defend against abuse, and produce aggregate traffic counts. Logs are retained on Cloudflare's infrastructure under their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — if enabled, this records aggregated page views, referrers, and screen-resolution buckets. It does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personally identifying information. Cloudflare's Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-preserving by default.
- Email correspondence — when you email mark.young@azimuth-wayfinder.com, the message and your email address are received in our Google Workspace mailbox. We keep that correspondence for as long as the relationship or the legitimate business reason persists.
What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social-media trackers, or behavioral analytics are used.
- No registration, login, or account is offered or required.
- No payment information is requested or processed through this site.
How we use what we collect
- Server logs and aggregate analytics are used to keep the site fast and available and to make decisions about which content is useful.
- Email correspondence is used to evaluate fit, schedule conversations, and conduct advisory work where engagements result.
We do not use any of this information to build profiles, target advertising, or share with marketing partners.
Engagement-level information
If we engage in advisory work together, additional information will be exchanged under the terms of that engagement — typically governed by a separate engagement letter, NDA, and any client-imposed handling requirements. That information is not subject to this policy; it is governed by the engagement's terms and applicable federal contracting rules.
Third parties involved in operating this site
The following vendors process technical data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — DNS, edge hosting, Workers, and Web Analytics. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google Workspace — email and mailbox storage. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts — serves the EB Garamond and Inter typefaces used on the site. See Google Fonts privacy.

Children
This site and our services are directed to organizations and their leadership teams. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If this policy materially changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where the change affects information we have already received, take reasonable steps to notify the parties affected.
